Reason why bike transfer
- To many riding along this stretch.
Dealing with cargo counter Thailand Railway at Hatyai.
- They followed by book and not really customer orientated.
- Not well understand English.
- Sometimes spoke Thai if something not to her favourable.
- Unfortunately a pretty lady helping us to be a translator.
- Even she shaked her head - sign of unhappiness to the answer from a lady staff.
Issue at counter
- Firstly they wanted us to purchase ticket in order to book cargo.
- Only available on 20 April 2016.
- Bought ticket.
- Then went to cargo counter for booking.
- The lady told us - no booking and must come morning of 20 April 2016 to surrender bikes but no assurance that bikes will be accepted.
- We decided to meet Station Master Mr Eid which he promised us for sure space of 3 bikes on that date.
